Terms of Service

1. Who can use it

Now Now is available by invitation only. You need to be at least 13 years old, provide a working phone number for verification, and use the app for its intended purpose — coordinating plans with people you actually know. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in method (phone, email, or a linked Google/Apple account) secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information. Don't impersonate someone else or create an account for a person who hasn't agreed to these terms.
• One person, one account. Don't share accounts.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Now Now to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other people, or share someone's private information without their consent;
• post content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam, scrape data, probe or disrupt the service, or try to bypass its security or access controls;
• use automated means to access the app outside of normal personal use.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create — event details, messages, names, circles. You grant us the limited permission needed to store that content and show it to the specific people you've chosen to share it with, so the app can function. We don't use your content for advertising and we don't sell it. You're responsible for the content you post and for having the right to share it.

5. The service is provided “as is”

This is a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data loss is possible. The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which, during the beta, is nothing.

6. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Now Now at any time and permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or remove access — for anyone or for everyone — if these terms are broken, if the beta ends, or if running the service is no longer feasible. We'll give notice to beta participants where reasonably possible.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes are communicated to beta participants directly. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
